Massage

Massage therapists and practitioners will also be on hand providing pre-event and post-event massage.

Pre-Event Massage (Outside of Race Day)

Cost: $1 per minute during these times

Time: Available during Expo Hours. See the event schedule [RM1] 

Location: Mitchell Park, Broadwater Parklands. Southport.

Post-Race Massage (Race Day)

Trained volunteer massage therapists will be on hand to provide a brief massage service to you. Delays may occur, do not congregate in areas where you block finishing competitors being assisted to Recovery.
Location: Mitchell Park, Broadwater Parklands, Southport (same location pre-event massage).
